When will my order ship?

Our products are made to order. All made to order items are shipped out within 5-10 business days.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and the holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow an extra 1-2 extra business days for order processing. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
No 

Is it still possible to receive my order by Christmas after the holiday shipping cutoff?
Yes, we will still try our best to get orders placed after the holiday shipping cutoff to you in time for Christmas but please note that it is not guaranteed.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to all of these however there is no expedited shipping option available for APO/FPO addresses. 

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online. Please also be sure to check your spam folder. 

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?
Sorry, not at this time. 

Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes! Click here to purchase your Aubriea e-Gift Card! Once purchased, you will receive an email with the card and instructions for sending to your recipient of choice.  

What are your shipping rates?

  • Standard US Shipping: $4.99 + $2.00 for each additional item (free shipping for all orders over $100!)
  • Canada: $9.99 + $6 for each additional item
  • International: $9.99 + $6 for each additional item

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping for all US orders over $50. If the shipping cost hasn't been removed from your order, double-check that the subtotal of your order (before taxes) has reached the $50 minimum. If you're using a discount code, your subtotal must be $50 minimum after the discount has been applied.  

Can I track my international order?
Once your package leaves the US, the tracking information may no longer be updated. Not to worry, your package is still making it's way to you.

The country that you live in may charge a duty tax for the package to enter the country. We are not associated with this tax and do not cover this cost.
