Aubriea Return Policy

At Aubriea, we're committed to the quality and craftsmanship of our inspirational apparel and lifestyle products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you find your product to be faulty or damaged, we offer a solution to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt if they are faulty or damaged. Please contact us at aubriea.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and include it on your return shipping label.
  • Condition for Return: Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on gift cards, items not in their original condition, items damaged or missing parts not due to our error, or any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank. If after this, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at aubriea.com.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Return Shipping:

  • Please mail your product to: 941 Stelle Avenue, Plainfield, NJ 07063. You will be responsible for your shipping costs; these are non-refundable. For items over $50, consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance.
