Fall is such a beautiful season. It is absolutely one of my favorite seasons and time of the year.
The crisp morning air, the cool breeze that bustles through the trees, and the subtle orange/brown/natural to ombre changing of the leaves radiates warmth and a feeling of wanting to just be still. It’s as though nature is speaking to us; telling us to slow down, take a moment to reflect and rest.
I believe that the changing of each season plays a significant role in our lives. And while change occurs in every season, fall is the greatest representation of changing, of shedding and letting go. The falling and shedding of leaves reminds that it is ok to let go. It’s ok to shed what no longer serves us positively.
So, in the spirit of fall, I’d like to share with you a few heart-warming quotes about letting go and how beautiful change can be.
